Payment terms

• Basic plan: 100% prepayment before work starts.
• Pro plan: 100% prepayment before work starts.
• Professional plan: 50% prepayment to start, 50% before delivery/handover.
• Add-ons (Marketing Setup Pack, Care Plan): paid upfront when booked.
• Invoice is issued for every payment received.

After you send payment

1. Take a screenshot of the transaction / note the TrxID.
2. Send it to us on WhatsApp with your business name.
3. We confirm receipt within a few hours and share the invoice + next steps.

Refund policy

Our work is service-based. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, we start allocating time and resources to your project immediately.

After booking confirmation: no refund. Prepayments are non-refundable because the service has already started. If we can't deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our end, we'll either complete the work or agree on a fair resolution in writing.

Domain & hosting

Package prices cover the website service only. Domain is owned by the client and renews from year two onward at the client's cost. Hosting is the client's responsibility — Basic/Pro run on Vercel's free plan under your account; WooCommerce projects need paid hosting from day one.
